My uncle suffers from celiac disease and any gluten exposure is disastrous for him, even if foods are simply cooked in the same pan or touch the same plate. These small boxes make for the perfect gift for anybody with a gluten intolerance. I would highly recommend this product to anybody. I sent this to my great niece for her first semester for finals week. She said it was a big hit with her and her friends. I will be sending her more in the future. I just wish there would have been a way to include a note in the package - as she didn’t know who sent it.
